Lord Elrond

Character Development:

Lord Elrond’s development involved qualities he already had, bravery and consideration. This is hinted when the dwarves showed a lack of respect yet he patiently treated them as though they demonstrated high appreciation by supporting their mission and providing needs and supplies. Although Lord Elrond isn’t a major part in the novel, he is very helpful to the dwarves with helping them in their quest to the Lonely Mountain.
